What to Know About Gracie Abrams' Daughter from Hell
Gracie Abrams is back. Her new album, Daughter from Hell, arrives Friday, July 17, 2026, and record stores everywhere, including ours, are celebrating all weekend long. Here's what we know about the record and how to be part of release weekend at Rock & Soul.
The album
Daughter from Hell is the follow-up to the run that made Gracie Abrams one of the biggest singer-songwriters of her generation, from the diaristic Good Riddance to 2024's The Secret of Us, the album that turned "That's So True" into an inescapable hit. The new record lands July 17, and the campaign leans all the way into the title: "We're expecting," the announcement reads, with stores "celebrating the birth" of the album. Even the label's promising "HELL-ish giveaways."
The rollout
This one's being kept under tight wraps. There's no advance stream anywhere, not even for the stores hosting parties, so the first time most of us hear Daughter from Hell in full will be release weekend itself. The campaign art matches the mood: deep red, striped stockings, and Gracie staring you down in Times New Roman.
Release weekend at record stores
Rock & Soul is celebrating the release of Daughter from Hell on Saturday, 7/18 at noon, with giveaways and gifts when you pick up the album, while supplies last. At the party you'll find a free postcard just for coming, a free slipmat when you buy the album in any format, and a drawing for a premium hand-numbered lithograph.
