Pioneer DDJ-WeGO3 Overview
The black DDJ-WeGo3 Digital DJ Controller from Pioneer is designed for mobile DJs who want a portable all-in-one performance controller. The USB bus powered controller includes a built-in audio interface with 1/8" and 1/4" headphone jacks for monitoring and a pair of RCA outputs for connecting to a PA system. The unit features a shelf for supporting a connected iPad or iPhone/iPod Touch at a convenient viewing angle. The controller comes included with Algoriddim's DJay for Mac and Virtual DJ Limited Edition Software for Mac and Windows. Other compatible software includes Serato DJ Intro (free download) and the optional Traktor Pro 2 from Native Instruments. The optional Algoriddim djay and vjay software for iOS is also available. The WeGo3 can charge your connected iOS devices by using the included Lightning cable and AC power adapter. The optional DJC-WeCAi30 cable is also available for older iOS devices with 30-pin dock connectors.
The controller features two jog wheels for scratching and controlling multiple simultaneous effects. The jog wheels feature built-in customizable LEDs that pulse to the music to provide you with visual feedback when mixing. A bank of buttons around each jog wheel control effect triggers, the sampler, hot cue points, cue, sync, and transport controls. A dedicated auto-loop button allows you to turn looping on and off and adjust the length of the loop. A crossfader, two channel level faders, and two tempo faders allow you to blend tracks together and dedicated low, mid, and high EQ knobs give you control over your entire mix. A navigation browser button and load buttons provide access to the music on your computer, iPhone/iPod touch, or iPad, and a dedicated 1/4" microphone input with volume control enables you to incorporate an MC into your performance.
