Albert Ayler - Prophecy Completed - 2xLP Vinyl - RSD Black Friday 2026

Albert Ayler - Prophecy Completed

Recorded live at New York's Cellar Cafe on June 14, 1964, Prophecy captures Albert Ayler's groundbreaking trio with Gary Peacock and Sunny Murray at a pivotal moment in the evolution of free jazz. Ferocious, spiritual, and deeply expressive, the performance introduced compositions like 'Ghosts' and 'Spirits' in some of their earliest recorded forms, documenting the raw intensity and emotional force that would define Ayler's legacy.
