JID - Live From NPR's Tiny Desk - 12-Inch EP - RSD Black Friday 2026

JID - Live From NPR's Tiny Desk

Recorded just weeks before the release of The Forever Story, this performance features live debuts alongside reimagined versions of fan favorites. Backed by a live band and background singers, the set highlights his sharp lyricism and ability to move effortlessly between sounds and styles.

Strippeddown versions of tracks like “Never” and “Surround Sound” showcases the detail in JID’s flow and the energy of the band behind him, while the soulful closing performance of “Kody Blu 31” leaves a lasting impact and shows the full range of JID’s artistry.
