Free Shipping Policy
DJ Equipment and gear ships free to the continential US via either UPS or USPS. Music and record orders $99+ will ship free as well. Rare exceptions may apply in the case of oversized and overweight items.
Fast Shipping Policy
You can't wait to get your gear. We want to get it to you fast. Most orders are shipped within 24 - 48 hours, but some exceptions may apply. 2-day air shipping applies to orders placed by 1PM. Orders after 1PM will go out the following day. If you have special shipping requests please call 1-800-513-1360. We do our best to accommodate wherever possible.

Change your mind? Not satisfied? No problem.
Send back your merchandise within 30 days and we'll refund your money. No hassles!
Very reasonable rules:
- Contact us for a Return Authorization Number at 212-695-3953 or email@example.com
- Pack up your merchandise with the Return Authorization Number and send it back via UPS
- Upon receipt, we'll inspect the item to ensure it's in "brand new" or "like new" condition to allow for resale
- Items that are unopened and deemed "brand new" receive a refund for the full purchase price (including tax)
- Items that are opened but resaleable and deemed "like new" will receive a refund for the full purchase price (including tax) minus a 20% restocking fee
- Items in "used" condition will incur additional restocking costs based on our determination of resaleability
- Our shipping costs are not refundable
- Exclusions: Items without RA#, clearance and open box items, vinyl & CDs, out of production items, special orders, items used by mouth or ear, pure software products

International Orders, Shipping, Duties
We are pleased to ship worldwide! Please use the shipping calculator to determine your shipping costs by country. Shipping times are not guaranteed and transit time is the responsibility of the carrier. While rare, we cannot be held responsible for border or customs delays.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Import duties, taxes, and charges are buyer's responsibility and are not included in the item / shipping cost!
Incorrect / Incomplete Address
Please double check the shipping address before you complete your order. If the shipping information you provide is incomplete or incorrect (ie. missing or incorrect apartment or suite numbers, missing floor, when applicable), we will be charged a fee by USPS. The fee to correct the shipping charges will be charged to the customer.
Undeliverable & Refused Packages
DO NOT REFUSE A DELIVERY! If you have an issue, contact us and we accommodate you whenever possible.
Any refused or undeliverable item will incur a 20% restocking fee plus all outbound and return shipping charges and fuel surcharges we absorb. This policy includes - but is not limited to - refusals for items the customer wants to cancel after an item has already shipped; refusals of delivery to avoid paying import duties, taxes, or other charges imposed by customer's government; refusals because customer no longer wants an item or purchased it elsewhere; undeliverable items due to missing or incorrect information provided by the customer; packages not received after 3 delivery attempts; packages unclaimed at the UPS local office This policy applies whether an order qualified for "free shipping" or not.
Refused items will be refunded minus the fees outlined above after item is received in new/unopened condition by our store, or when shipped directly from the manufacturer, at the manufacturer's shipping facility.
